Sundays game in Nashville was hot, but we beat the heat long enough to say our goodbyes to Daddy. This time was really hard. Dallas loved her "My Daddy goes Yard" onesie as did the Isotopes bullpen. She likes to show her support. I can't say enough how happy I am Dallas is with this team. Wish they would create their own big league version of this team, but we'll take what we've got. They filled me in on this trip. They actually have "traditions" after the game that are hilarious if you are selected as Player of the Game. I won't even tell you what they do, but Dallas has had to sport the get up twice now. Also, evidently they are filmmakers. They reenact movies in their clubhouse. Dallas actually wore a kilt last week and had a small role in Braveheart. Have you ever heard of such? They've even talked the Isotopes staff into thinking they are legit. They play their movies on the big screen and let the fans guess which movie they are imitating. Dallas says the fans don't seem to get it, but it entertains the entire team. I bet it's because the fans have no clue who these guys are. I guess you gotta do what you gotta do to pass the time with this lifestyle. If baseball doesn't workout, I guess we'll head to Hollywood. I'll make Reese a onesie for that too...
