Brace yourselves

I have new favorites. I tend to critique myself a little too much, so I hesitate to post a lot of shots from one session. This time is my exception. I tend to think if you post too many, the really great ones lose their flair. Their umph. Well, these all have got the omph! I fear you are going to get a litle overwhelmed with them, so I apologize in advance. Their all over our family site. This blog. And I'm not even through editing most of them. Thankfully, I assume that you wouldn't come here everyday if you didn't love seeing Reesie grow. So these are for the devotees of reesiepieciepoo. This was another one of my visions. Did I mention I'm an insomniac? Turns out that is great for a photographer's career. The best "visions" come after midnight. Just don"t ask me to balance my checkbook.

This would have never happened with out the vision of Aunt Boo as a 10 year old little girl at the geranium festival in my hometown. She spent $30 of her (hard earned I'm sure, ha, ha) own mula to buy her twin cabbage patch kids beds. And of course, the great Meme has saved them all these years. Although, I think she saved them for her future granddaughter's babydolls. Not her granddaughter. So, thanks Boo. You had impeccable taste even then.

Your overdose of Reese is coming. I'll have more to post soon. The one day countdown begins! We leave for Nashville to see Daddy tomorrow. Music City here we come!

  1. I LOVE images where the majority of the picture is in b&w except for a few "key" color pieces. That's why I really like the last picture - that and I think it's cute how it has her name on the bottom side.

Oh, and good song choice in mixing it up. I'm a Billy Joel fan.
