quick post.

I walked in the door tonight, 7 p.m. I missed my girl so much.  It was an emotional day.  I saw one of God's true gifts today.  At 1:03 p.m. a 6 lb baby girl, Haven, entered the world.  She was perfect. Her mom had a wonderful, safe delivery (and I might add looked better than I did after the birth). Hormones were all over, angels watched from above and tears flowed down our cheeks.  Thank you Jesus, for giving me a gift. The gift of my craft and the gift of friendship. Photography is my passion.  My fulfillment. What I was given today, to capture life.  The first breathe.  First cry. All through my lens was amazing.  I was overcome with love and adoration.  Cody and Summer (Hudson too) you are so blessed.  Thank you for inviting me into her birth, your delivery. I am honored and will never forget. Let us all remember that God is Good.  Only He could create something so perfect. Welcome to the world baby girl!

I am sleepy.  I love the shots and I am making myself not start editing when I need sleep. I can't wait for you all to see her slideshow and images. Breathtaking. Truly, breathtaking. Happy Birthday Haven Leigh!
