So much for southern etiquette

I'm sure there are some southern ladies in my hometown that would just die if they saw a southern belle with these table manners. Last night was a big blur. Mom and I were rushing around getting the house ready for Dallas, so we opted for Reese to have a pop in the microwave kinda dinner (don't judge). Within five seconds I knew I need my camera. There we sat. Mom with the video camera and me with my dslr, shooting and laughing histerically. She performed for her crowd. The more we laughed, the funnier she became. Good to know she doesn't have stage fright. Dallas is going to love this video.
The first few bites of her feeding herself...

This is the "what are you staring at? I can do it myself face."

Then she dove right in...

So cute...

And then, yes, she took it to a whole new level of classiness...

Turns out that was really fun...

And Rookie didn't have a camera, but he had a mean hunger for some lasagna...

We're blaming him for where she learned how to lick the bowl. I promise , this is not a McPherson nor a Penn tradition. We like our food, but usually try to leave a little on our plates. I'm sure Dallas will be proud. Never a dull moment, truly.
