break.

Let me begin by saying that by me staying off the internet and my computer I have felt like a huge weight has been lifted off me and I'm able to live life, exercise, watch some juicy reality tv and not be caught up on "who's headed to Costco" on facebook new person. Seriously, all that time I spend on the computer? Mostly, it is for work and believe me, at this point in my life, if it isn't work related, I am not sitting for hours with my laptop as my best friend. I want to go back to exercising with my free time, less computer time. We'll see how that pans out...in the mean time, we've had a fun week in Sacramento! Lots of time at the games, we've been to every single one. Lots of fun with all the kids especially Kenzie (who she loves). We had a good off day with Daddy and all went to see Toy Story 3 (which Reese loved) and then went to the Disney store where she had a fit over all of the Toy Story characters but still left with her favorite...Snow White. We also babysat Kenz one morning while Lisa found out she was having another girl (yay!!) and Reese was in heaven. They were so cute together...As always, she has said hilarious stuff this week...Tonight as we left for the game (late as always) I said, "Maybe one day we'll be on time for a game..." Her reply? "You can say that again." And she had attitude as she said it.Tonight she would not share Snow White (who she has had a death grip on since Tuesday)with Avery and I asked her why. She says to me (I wish I could imitate the tone in here...) "I just.got.her at the Disney Store. JUST.GOT.HER." Guess there is a certain amount of ownership that has to occur before sharing begins. The best?I was washing clothes and Dallas was playing with Reese. She went to go potty (which we are NOT allowed to help with anymore. She pulls her pants/panties up, down, wipes, everything with no help "I do it myself!") and Dallas had left the toilet seat up (typical) and he said she looked at him (very frustrated) and said (with as much sarcasm as a 16 year old) "Daddy, Really?????" Then, with the hand that wasn't propped on her hip, she slammed down the seat. Dallas had tears in his eyes from laughter as he imitated it to me. (If you know me, that is how I talk when I am pissy...Really? You can't pick up your drink and put it in the trash, really????") She may look like him but she acts like me.Reese loves the clubhouse, goes in there with Dallas every night. She is off her "mom" and "dad" kick and now calls us "Mother Bear" and "Father Bear." Dallas had to tell me that father bear is his favorite...melts his heart. Here's a few pics from the week. I took a nice camera break too, always a good thing!I literally have taken no pics but here's one of Reese during a dance sequence at a game. Michelle (www.bryncouture.com) made this ADORABLE shirt! You'll be seeing all of her gorgeous clothes on my site soon!

After one of the day games (it's so hot here) all waiting on Daddy's...

And adorable Kenzie...

Fun day with Lisa today and then we're all headed to Reno! Daddy gets to ride with us!
