trip to Carolina

Reese had a great time visiting her family in North Carolina this weekend. We arrived Friday night in time for dinner at Dallas' favorite restaurant and presents. She spotted the presents within seconds of us getting there and was ready to open. (She even wanted to open the ones she brought for other people!) The girl knows there's gotta be something good inside...

We really just relaxed and spent time together. Saturday Dallas spent a lot of time with his Dad out on their land. Reese, Maw Maw and I went over to visit in between them hunting, fishing and chatting. Here's her walking the land with Maw Maw. going to meet her favorite guy...

She loved the ducks in the pond especially feeding them. We eventually had to leave because she kept running down the dock begging for more fish food. Here's some in her little hands...

I love this shot. Reese, her Daddy & grandparents all enjoying a lazy Saturday relaxing on the dock. They are building a new house next to the pond so next year will be even more fun when we visit and stay with them!

It was a great trip and Reese was wonderful on the drive home. She was hilarious!! We are glad to be home in Georgia enjoying our beds and our Aunt Boo! She came to visit this week...yay!! Sunday night I got home to a spotless, perfectly cleaned and organized, fresh sheets kinda home thanks to my mom! Thanks mama, I don't know what I would do without you! Of course, she ran over Monday to see her #1 girl as soon as she got off work. Gotta love a gigi!
