Such had such a great time playing flag football with the
Braddy's, Ayers and
Nunnelly's. All of us, including the kiddos met for a friendly game of flag football and good food. We had so much fun! I even have the bruises to show for it! Seriously, I took it as
real football. It was supposed to be touch
not tackle. Next time, I will have to tone it down. We plan on doing this a lot this off season. Donna was in charge of the the small kiddos, while the rest of us played on the field. I think she was working harder than we were. Since I was playing, I really didn't get any shots of us, but I did get some of Reese, of course.
She showed up in support of her #1 player...Elmo.

After we all played, just the big boys got in some serious football. Dallas looks so serious coaching his team. Check out their McPherson shirts...so cute!
We all had a blast. Next time I'll get some shots of the other 20 people there! What a great family weekend!
I have to admit that I was on the sidelines screaming something like "You suck!" when you were thrown in on the first play as quarterback. However, I changed my tune really quick when I saw you running the ball and then being slammed to the ground. Now I don't take offense when someone says "you play like a girl" because I think of you. I would be proud to have someone say "You play like Jenn Mac." You go girl! We had so much fun!
ReplyDeleteJenn, You guys should play ultimate frisbee. It is so fun and the best exercise. We have been playing twice a week since the end of May.
