We miss our "family" in Arizona. In two short years we became so close to so many friends.
But Mauri, Marc, McKinley, Hayden, Christian & Carsen & Gramma and Grandpa Treece we miss terribly. They send Reese the cutest gifts you have ever seen. "Gramma Treece" sent this gorgeous blanket (that is the softest blanket ever!) and Reese loved it. The polka dots are adorable! She also loves her headbands (so cute) and her brown pants. She wore them yesterday.
The View yesterday (my all-time favorite morning show) talked about how we live in a society where we don't meet our neighbors, we have no community, we no longer have the need to get out and meet people. This made me so glad that I got out and met such great people in Arizona. I became so close to everyone and then we got up and left! It stinks! (Not that I don' equally love my family & friends here) but I haven't seen my desert family in 6 months! I am vowing to come visit. I am so lucky to have you all in my life. The phone just isn't enough.
Sorry to get deep. Maybe it's because I'm not seeing Deb weekly, or the phone conversations with Mauri aren't enough, but I needed to tell you what you mean to me. You are loved.
On a side note, you people continue to visit my blog and post no comments! I know your here. Say hi every once in a while!!
