it's all about making new friends

So, today we hit up our new gymnastics class here in Florida.  It was so fun!  Reese did not take a morning nap (she naps while I run in the a.m.) b/c it was really windy & unusually cold here today...keep in mind by cold I mean 68 degrees!  So, she was a little fussy but she made lots of new friends as did mom!  She played and sang and clapped, etc.  Such a cute fun thing to do each week!  We are starting swim classes and are meeting Deb & the boys each week at Pottery Barn kids for storytime.  This chick is busy!!  The momagenda stays booked! I hate to post pics from the point & shoot but I didn't want to scare all the moms we just met with my camera! So, via the cute pink case cybershot, here are some cute pics of Reese playing today.  It is girl day today, Daddy has a late game against the Nationals.  It was supposed to be Murphys vs. Macs but Tommy has a torn oblique and Dallas has a "sore" oblique. If I didn't know any better I'd think they were copying each other!!  Please pray for both of their health!

It really is. I took her to our side yard at the condo, placed her in Deb's basket and voila! I love it!!

Hanging with the Murphy's is always a blast..today was no exception. Deb met Reese and I at the park before she headed to visit Tommy. Reese was in awe of them! It is free entertainment for me. Tyler loves her. Let me take you into the story:

Tyler: "Mommy I want us to have a baby."

Deb: "I know, that would be great, maybe we can."

Tyler: "No, Mommy, I want that baby!!"

So cute, right?? He needed to give her kisses as often as he could. Dylan noticed that Tyler was having fun with Reese, so he decided to stop in for a kiss or two every once in a while too! I got some great shots of the boys. Beautiful children are easy to shoot though...can't you just eat them up?

Traveling Babe

Reese might just live in every state before she is a year old! (we hope not) We had a great drive down to Florida. Meme and Mommy left late Wednesday night and drove to Ocala til 2 a.m. We then caught some zzz’s at a (very chic...it looked like a W hotel) holiday inn...who knew??!! Then we got up and drove the rest of the way to meet Daddy! We love this warm weather! Palm Beach Gardens is so nice...great mall, gymnastics around the corner and a quick trip to the Murphy’s house. Mommy & Aunt Deb are hanging out all the time. Reese loved meeting Tyler and Dylan for the first time! Meme stayed til Sunday and gave Mommy and Daddy several date nights (one with Tommy & Deb before Tommy left for spring training). We miss Meme ALOT!! We will countdown the days til she returns!! Busy days ahead and Reese gets to go to her first baseball game! So exciting!

My dad has a team!

Dear little Reesie diary:

I’m officially a little fish!! Dad has signed a contract with the Florida Marlins. It was a long process. I am soooo excited for Daddy! I pray every night that he stays healthy all season! Mom says we are leaving real soon for Florida. I will miss everyone being so far away, but I really need to work on my tan! This is my first time seeing Dad play, so that is so exciting! God is good to my family!!

It's Meme's Birthday!

Yeah! So, she made the 5 hour drive from Atlanta to Foley Beach, SC. We were so excited for her to arrive. We shopped, went to gymnastics and of course, had a photo shoot. I love these shots. She is so cute sitting up and being a big girl! Happy February!
